Weekly rewind - W41
I saw this post on Mastodon from Annie and I agree with her.
I like reading personal notes and anecdotes.
Being a bit of a voyeur and seeing what other people do and experience is nice to read. And it also helps to put things in perspective.
Likely you’re not the only one struggling with X or having done Y.
So as a result, and to practise my blogging skills, I’m doing a weekly rewind.
Week rewind
- Working from home can be a hit-and-miss. The week started with a lack of focus and productivity, but I’m happy I could turn it around for the rest of the week.
- I changed my running routine to daytime to ensure I continue to commit to it, as darkness seems to make it more difficult to get out of the door.
- I’m happy to be writing again and got some pleasant advice1 from other bloggers. Energy plays a big part, but also using any available time, as there isn’t always a perfect moment to write.
- Looking forward to 2025, I’ve set my goal for my next marathon. While finishing this year at 3h20min I want to commit to 3h10min for my next one.
- Social activities bring a lot of positive energy, so I truly enjoyed a game-night with some family members
Watched
I’m not watching a lot of television anymore, so I’m happy I enjoyed the few I watched.
- A man called Otto
- Spider-Man across the spider verse
Reading
- Pillars of the earth by Ken Follett
Listening
- Didn’t really listen to anything noteworthy this week
